1.
UTLA:
Chunri is a long, flowing scarf or cloth women wear as part of their
traditional attire, often draped around the neck or head. The embroidery is
done by Punjabi women themselves which shows their hardworking nature.
2.
LAMMA
Lamma refers to a type of traditional Punjabi footwear. It is made up of leather or wood and is worn with traditional attire. It is usually worn by upper-class people, especially the head bearer.
3.
KULLA
Kulla refers to a type of traditional Punjabi headgear, similar to a cap or a turban. It is usually made up of fabric or cloth and is worn by men as part of their traditional attire. It shows the honor and respect of the man. If a man puts his Kulla on the floor in front of the other person, it means he has lowered his standards and all his honor belongs to the other person.

DABU
Dabu refers to a veil or a head covering worn by Muslim
women in Punjab. The popular dotted chaddar
“Dabu” worn by women is still considered an emblem of respect and esteem as it
fully covers the body. “Dabu mar” is a verb, which means to veil.
5. KHAND
Khand is a special type of sweetener, which is made up of jaggery. In
Punjabi culture, it is added in tea, rice and other sweet items, in place of
sugar. This creates the flavor which is a secrete of Punjabi foods.
Desi Ghee is made up of milk. This ghee is hundred percent
original. This shows purity in Punjabi culture as they prefer to eat pure food.
7.
THAL
Thal is a traditional plate, representing hospitality and sharing meals. In Punjabi culture all the family members eat meal together in one big plate, showing their brotherhood and love for each other
8.
CHARKHA
Charkha symbolizes self-sufficiency and industry. Punjabi women are used to do their work by themselves. They used charkha to make thread from the domestic sheep or the cotton from fields.

PERHA
A traditional Punjabi wooden chair without back, made up of wood and colorful patterns on it, represents Punjabi culture.

PERHI
A stool shorter in height than Morah
almost of 10 inches height to sit in the traditional kitchen in Punjabi Culture
quite near to the floor, indicating the down to earth nature of Punjabi People.
11.
WANH
A type of rope used for making carts and charpai. It is made up of wool and used to tighten the charpai when it gets loosed.
12.
PAKHA
A handheld fan used during summer to keep the flies away. It is also made up of date leaves and the cover is made by the women and have embroidery on it which shows the creative nature of Punjabi people.
13.
KHAIS
A hand-woven woolen blanket which is
used by Punjabi people to cover themselves in summer to prevent from mosquitos.
Sometimes it is worn by men as a shawl in winter season.
14.
CHABI
A utensil made from date leaves, used for placing chapatis. It is homemade which shows Punjabi’s love for nature.
15.
GEE
AYAN NUH
A typical greeting in Punjabi culture in which Punjabi hug each other to indicate their brotherhood and love. Sometimes, this hug is followed by the kiss on head and hands, especially when an elder meets the younger one.
